Payment Problems
Q: When I click on the link
to 'buy now' it comes up with ' invalid data' or 'your session has expired'. how can I pay?
A: This is normally down to your
browser settings. To easily rectify this you will need to delete your cookies and restart your computer.
To delete your cookies open your
browser window and select from the tools menu 'Internet Options'. then select 'delete cookies'.
Links to PDF files are not working
Q: When I click on a link to an
Adobe Document, nothing happens even though I believe I have installed the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader
A:It would seem that your Adobe Reader installation is corrupted if the docs don't auto open, Windows will try and open
PDF docs we associated application, in this case Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0. Probably what has happened is that PDF docs are
associated with some earlier version of Adobe or another application. Go to Add/Remove Programs and remove all versions of
Adobe Reader, then download V7 again from www.adobe.com and install.

I ordered a product on CD/Download but would rather have a paper version.
A:Unfortunately we do not provide paper versions of most of our products due to high printing/postage
costs and the need to produce high volumes which can quickly be out of date as we update our products. If however you prefer
a paper version you can print it locally on your own printer by choosing FILE, then Print.
