What is involved?As a commercial energy assessor

Certificates (EPCs). EPCs are reports showing energy efficiency and carbon dioxide ratings and recommendations on how these
could be improved. You would carry out detailed inspections
of properties including: - collecting information
on their age, number of storeys and building type
- measuring
each room
- identifying details of heating systems
- collecting details of windows
- entering the information into a computer software programme, which will produce an energy efficiency rating and an
EPC.
